Black and White Flannel with Peep-Toe Booties

Usually Maryland has really hot summers and this year we've had a few weeks of disgustingly hot and humid days but mostly it's been a bit cooler. Anyway the cool weather will let you check out some looks for fall. I have a great love of flannel and I am happy to see it back in stores. So I am seriously bummed out that my BP shirt is already sold out. Nordstrom might still have it in the stores. This one is the same colors and looks very cozy. H&M has a black and white buffalo check for $13 that would create a similar look.

Get a few they're big time on sale and perfect for layering. This tank is stretchy and soft and very flattering.

My jeans instantly sold out during the anniversary sale but these ones are fun and a great price. Frayed ankles are hot for fall and this pair is interesting.

So mine are from last season but these laser cut ones at $33 are an amazing deal. Laser cut is all over the place this fall. I may buy these myself.
