Cold-Shoulder Dress

How cute is this dress? It's super soft too and on sale big time! I bought it in an XL for extra comfort but a L would have been fine. I wore this to a crafting party where we made duffle bags for CASA an organization that advocates for children in foster care, check them out. Often when children are taken from their home they are given nothing but a trash bag to collect their things in. The duffle bags we decorated will be a great alternative.
