Dress Up Your Herringbone Vest with Thigh High Boots and a Swing Dress

As promised this vest is very versatile. It's been around for a few seasons so I know a few of you who have it sitting lonely in your closet. I dressed it up for church with some amazing and cheap thigh high boots from Charlotte Russe and a simple and soft swing dress from Old Navy.
