Sephora Play September 2017: Fall into Beauty

Wow this was a good box! It has my new favorite face cream that I'm going to suck up and spend $100 bucks on. Plus I got a deluxe sample of a product I already love. This was the first box I got without a perfume sample and I kind of missed it. I've gotten used to having a new scent every month. This box had Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Shampoo and Conditioner which I'm not going to bother reviewing because A) Sephora only sells the conditioner and B) you can't really testify to the quality of a shampoo with one wash. So anyway... check out the rest of the products and my reviews.

Benefit Gimme Brow $12-24
I use this almost everyday. When I go out I do a full on brow sculpt but for just walking around town or running errands this gives me perfectly tamed and slightly darkened brows. Its so easy you just comb the brush through your brows, sculpting as you go. It comes in three colors and two sizes.

Sephora Collection Contour Eye Pencil $12

I'm not a big fan of pencil liners, I personally like the precision of felt liners but I do use pencils on the inside of my lowers lashes when I want a really sultry look. This liner is good for smudging and creating a smoky eye. It claims to be waterproof and 12 hr wear which I can't really speak to but it did come off with makeup remover wipes pretty easily.

Algenist Power Recharging Night Pressed Serum $95

Wow is this product amazing. I'm not sure where to start. It tingles when you put it on which is either a very good sign or a very bad one. You must avoid your eyes and I have to put on my eye cream first because I wasn't getting it all off my fingers and really irritating my eyes. This product claims to regenerate the skin and tighten it and it definitely delivers. My skin tone is more even and my complexion more clear, which isn't per say what it's supposed to do but dead skin cells clogging up your pores can create blemishes. I really noticed the difference when I stopped using it. Seriously don't get it near your eyes, Pat told me to stop using it because I couldn't remember to wash my hands thoroughly before taking out my contacts and my eyes got really irritated. When I stopped I broke out again and my skin was less tight so I changed up my whole nighttime routine to accommodate this product. Moral of the story is that is well worth the price and I know a few people who are getting this for Christmas. 

Urban Decay Vice Liquid Lipstick in Amulet $18

Another seriously great product in a stunning color. This liquid lipstick is longlasting and vibrant. I would say it lasts 6-8 hours and while it's fairly dry like a stain it doesn't suck the moisture out of your lips entirely. 

Belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb $22-38

This is a great gel moisturizer. It's super light weight and would be perfect for hot summer months when you need a light moisturizer. It's refreshing and cool on the skin.
