Great Exfoliators

It's no secret that I am a big fan of chemical exfoliators, I use Paula's Choice BHA Liquid everyday, but sometimes your face has grime on it you want to scrub away so here's a list of exfoliators I love. What's not on this list is St. Ives Apricot Scrub which is incredibly popular and I used to use but the reason I don't any more is because it is just to harsh on your face. If you think about the fact that you're scrubbing your face with walnut shell hopefully you'll come to the conclusion that's just not a good idea. The ones I've chosen uses more gentle exfoliators. Here they are, at lots of price points.

Vasanti Brighten Up! ($10) is an exfoliator with enzymes and papaya, well known for it's skin soothing properties in other parts of the world. The micro crystals are very fine and give you a great scrub. I keep this in the shower and use it once a week. I really love the glow it gives my skin after washing with this.

Pure Body Naturals Blueberry Oxygen Facial Scrub ($16) uses Jojoba beads to exfoliate and is full of antioxidants that soothe your skin, this is a very gelatinous formula that feels cool and wonderful on. It really feels richly moisturizing in addition to exfoliating. 

Tarte Frixxtion Stick Exfoliating Cleanser ($22) uses diatomaceous earth to exfoliate. It comes in a sick that's a little waxy but turns sudsy on your face. It's got a cleansing gel in it to so you get a scrub and a clean. Bonus you can use it as a mask too.

Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion Age Defying Exfoliator ($79) is the ultimate exfoliator because in addition to the micro crystals it has lactic acid which is a chemical exfoliator. This one will not just remove dead skin but also improve the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, and more. If you buy it at Sephora online you also get a PoreDerabrasion.
